Please read the policies below, as they will apply to your reservation: 

  1. “Check In” begins at 4:00 pm. “Check Out” is at 10:00 am, or by request.
  2. Payment due at “Check In.” 7% MS sales tax included.
  3. For Cancellations within 21 days of arrival, the total is due.
  4. Breakfast is served between 8-9:30, Mon-Sat, or special time by request.
  5. PLEASE advise us of any dietary restrictions 2 days BEFORE your arrival.
  6. Shadowlawn is a non-smoking home, but smoking is permitted on our beautiful Southern Back Porch.
  7. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional guests are $50 per person, $60 on football weekends.
  8. If there is damage or items missing in a room, repairs or replacements will be charged to the credit card provided.
  9. If we are unable to fulfill your reservation, we will refer you to an equal or better room for the same price, if available.
  10. Football game, full house, wedding, and long term reservations are final. 
    If canceled, the total will be charged to the credit card provided.
  11. Guests are always welcome to attend church with us on Sunday Mornings.
