- "Check In" begins at 4:00 pm. "Check Out" is at 10:00 am. Times may be modified with prior approval.
- Payment is due at "Check In." There is a 7% Mississippi sales tax added.
- Items left in the room, upon approval of guest, will be shipped back with charges for packing, shipping and credit card fees placed on the credit card given.
- Breakfast is served between 8-9:30 Mon-Sat, and 8-9am on Sundays mornings, or, by request.
- PLEASE advise us of any dietary restrictions before your arrival.
- Shadowlawn is a non-smoking home, but smoking is permitted on our beautiful Southern Back Porch.
- Additional guests All rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional guests are $35 per person ($40 on football weekends) and should be listed on the reservation. An updated reservation will be sent to you or updated at the time of arrival.
- If there is damage or items missing in a room, repairs or replacements will be charged to the credit card provided.
- Cancellations within 21 days of arrival, the total is due.
- If we are unable to fulfill your reservation, because of circumstances beyond our control, we will refer you to a room equal or better for the same price, if available.
- Football game, full house, wedding and long term reservations are final. If canceled, the total will be charged to the credit card provided.
- Guests are always welcome to attend church with us on Sunday Mornings.
